In our ongoing series, This Is What Chicago Sounds Like, we feature the
voices and people who contribute to our city’s rich cultural diversity. This month
we are featuring members of the Latinx community in conjunction with Hispanic
Heritage Month. In this episode we hear from Olga Bautista, an environmental and
social justice activist and community organizer with Southeast Environmental Task
Force and Our City Our Voice. She is a founding member of Chicago’s Southeast Side
Coalition to Ban Petcoke.
