- Tulane University Assistant Dean of Clinical Research Dr. Vivian Foncecaargues the need for research on “long COVID,” a nickname for symptoms suffered by some COVID-19 patients for varying periods after they are no longer infected. Little is known about what causes the symptoms, which most commonly include headaches, fatigue, brain fog, and shortness of breath.
- Louisiana State Museum Division Director Rodneyna Hartand artist/photographer Johanna Warwick join us to talk about “The Yellow Book: Old South Baton Rouge,” an upcoming exhibit of Warwick’s work documenting the negative effects of the highway system that was built practically on top of South Baton Rouge neighborhoods. The event opens to the public at Capitol Park Museum on Wednesday, Dec. 1.
