I share my own recent struggles with loneliness and talk about:

• the difficulty of making friends as an adult
• how you can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely
• how moving, changing schools, changing careers, working from home, and other circumstances can make you feel more isolated 
• how technology has made our lives more convenient but also separated us from each other
• being ok with feelings of loneliness as part of the human experience (and as something that unites us!)
