A good morning routine starts with a good night's sleep. I started implementing things I learned from Shawn Stevenson’s book, Sleep Smarter. This helps me to wake up more refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I also started taking Soul CBD which completely took away my anxiety, aches & pains, and helps me sleep like a baby.
