Trainwreck
You'll need 1 & ½ oz rum, 2 oz pineapple soda, ½ oz ginger syrup, ½ oz agave syrup, 2 dashes of bitters, sparkling water and a pineapple leaf for garnish or a rimmed glass. Combine rum, syrups and bitters in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with soda and sparkling water.
