Today we are going to focus on FUTURE YOU. Because that girl has all the answers Part of what I do is help women learn to love themselves while losing weight, this comes from leaning on future you more than your past experiences. I'll give you some questions to envision her and start becoming her NOW.

Here are some questions to help you envision future you and lean on her and become her right now:

  1. How do you want to think and feel about your body?
  2. How do you want to think and feel about food?
  3.  What do you want to think and feel when getting dressed in the morning or going out ?
  4.  What do you have to change to become this person?

The answers you come up with… those are the THOUGHTS to start practicing now. Those are the HABITS to start incorporating now. You want to slowly become her. Because you want it to feel small and doable and sustainable and just NORMAL. You've got this.
