Today I am interviewing Cody Laughlin, one of the founders of Blue Oak Capital and Brian Alfaro who is Managing Partner. Blue Oak Capital is a private equity firm based in Austin, Texas. They concentrate on the acquisitions of multi-family real estate that cash flow, while also providing business culture excellence to their investors and serving and creating community for their residents.
Cody Lauglin: Was the President and Founder of Laughlin Investment Group LLC prior to founding Blue Oak Capital. He graduated from McNeese State University with a bachelor’s degree in science of Nursing. He worked as a Registered Nurse at the Texas Medical Center.
Brian Alfaro: Has an extensive background in marketing, brand development and operations in high-value hospitality. Prior to him joining Blue Oak Capital he managed an investment company specializing in the residential asset class. He graduated from The University of Houston Bauer College of Business.
