He is the Managing Partner at Amity Cash Flow which acquires multi-family apartment properties and creates opportunities for accredited and non accredited investors. He has invested actively and passively in 6 states, over 2,500 apartment units totaling 200 million dollars. He has also presented at my FIBI Pasadena Multi Family Meeting.
Chris Collins: Has a background in Hollywood as a television editor, but has been investing in real estate for a decade. His goal with Amity Cash Flow is to help people gain financial independence no matter the industry you are in.
