Spending time with Trent is always an experience and even after spending just a little bit of time with him, when we met out in Tennessee for the first time, I knew we had to have him as a guest on our show. Before Trent's current work with Cabriejo Ranch, he had a dairy farm producing award-winning cheeses and he is on board of directors for the American Grass Fed Society.
