Yeh yeh I know it's been a while.. I'm back though and my aim is to be more consistent this year. I've already got 4 episodes recorded and ready to release, which is a great start.
Before I release my 2023 wrap up I thought I'd share an episode which will hopefully help you kickstart your year.

PS: the quality isn't as good on this one as the microphone I use didn't work for some reason.. very frustrating, however there are still some great messages in there regardless
