Mitch released a video of himself during one his lowest points in life and not only did it go viral, but he is changing the mental health space because of it.
At 25, he gave up his job as a product-marketing manager with Microsoft, leading some of the companies biggest launches in the hardware space, to start one of the worlds fastest online mental health initiatives - Heart On My Sleeve.
Mitch was very generous with his time and with what he shared with me. Trust me, you guys will get A LOT out of this one.
