This is the over the air, 15 minute, version of my interview with Christine Staley, owner/founder of Magic City Hoagies. I met Christine at "Make Minot" a networking group that meets monthly to share our secrets to success in the Minot area. I was so impressed I knew I had to interview her on Minot Today (and I knew I had to get over to Magic City Hoagies and sample the best sandwiches in town). I certainly was not disappointed with visiting with Christine and I was not disappointed in the sandwiches at Magic City Hoagies either.
