At the January 20, 2026 Diamond Head-Kapahulu-St. Louis Neighborhood Board meeting, attendees heard crime and service updates, discussed proposals for Kapi‘olani Park land exchange and water supply projects, reviewed plans for Complete Streets improvements and potential dog park solutions, received college and community updates, and unanimously passed a resolution urging the FAA to mitigate aircraft noise over residential areas.
