In its first meeting of the year, the Koʻolauloa Neighborhood Board reviewed safety and crime updates from the Honolulu Fire and Police Departments, received city, state, and federal reports on infrastructure and legislative efforts, discussed a proposed Haula footpath and urgent wastewater upgrades, and set priorities to guide upcoming advocacy and community projects.
