"Hi Tech Gang" arrested for car-bomb murder
Four members of the Petah Tikva "Hi Tech Gang" as police have dubbed them, were arrested on Sunday for murder. The gang, led by David Shimul and Nir Uziel, are known for using GPS systems to trace their victims' cars in order to plant explosives on them.
