In this episode I discuss the importance of not losing your fitness momentum going into the holiday season.  After Halloween comes Thanksgiving then a month later it's Christmas.  We tend to use the biggest excuse this time of the year..."I'll just wait until January 1st to start my diet or join a gym".  Then BOOM we gained 5-10# and have to work that much harder after the first of the year. 

I will touch on some tips and tricks that will help you stay on track this holiday season.
