We have a badass wholesaler, Greyson Kupfer, on the show today! Greyson shares why he started wholesaling, how he scaled his business, and how he pivots to keep up with the ever-changing market. His wholesaling business is a complete concierge model for which he provides a full package to his buyers, sometimes even including contractor bids! Greyson's words: Grew up in a real estate family my parents being agents for 32-33 years now. Never wanted to work in real estate (they worked too hard) lol My biggest goal was getting a scholarship for lacrosse and ended up going to play for a DII NCAA school for 4 years then 3 days after graduation going to play a season in Australia. As soon as I returned I started to build my first company. Real estate marketing and services for agents. I never knew about wholesaling. Flashback to before college I worked for a company called B or A most people have heard of it lol I was resposible for delivering the cash for keys option to 12-15 people onm a daily basis. I was kicking them out of there homes. Flash forward this is why I am so passionate about wholesaling and truly feel like I have an obligation to utilize the knowledge and skills i have now to help people. I could have helped every single person that wanted to be help back in that period when working for B of A. I now run a successful wholesale business going on 11 years like I said but tis not been the same business. It has grown then shrunk then changed and pivoted over the time.
