Welcome to Reiki Lifestyle's annual Burning Bowl Ceremony, a Reiki-guided new year ceremony for letting go and calling in your intentions. In this recording, we create a sacred circle together with Reiki energy, ceremonial sound healing, and a guided journey that supports clarity, release, and the next step you are becoming.

This ceremony includes both a Fire Bowl and a Water Bowl (a beautiful option when fire isn't possible). You are welcome to participate with paper and pen or simply receive Reiki where you are, even if you are listening while working or on the go.

Colleen Benelli, Robyn Benelli, Danni Smith, and Lauri Shainsky, PhD, ceremonial singer and shamanic sound healer, bring this beautiful ceremony to life!

What you'll experience in this ceremony

• Opening the circle and gathering scattered energy into presence
• Activating Reiki in Gassho and receiving Reiki as a group
• Calling in the elements, directions, spiritual guides, and support for ceremony
• A guided Reiki journey across the Bridge of Light to the River of Life and the Tree of Life
• Releasing burdens into the fire and water bowls
• Moving into the Field of Possibilities to listen for what you are bringing in
• Closing prayers for peace and connection with peace grids around the world

How to participate

• Have paper and pen nearby for automatic writing if you want
• Write what you are letting go of and what you are bringing in
• If you burn your paper later, practice fire safety and fully extinguish ashes
• Optional: keep your intention list in an envelope and revisit it at a solstice
