Autogenics, or autogenic relaxation techniques, allow you to relax by picturing warmth and heaviness in your hands, feet, arms, and legs. This activates relaxation in your body because it mirrors the physiological response of relaxation. Feel calm and deeply relaxed with an hour of autognic relaxation.
