- Ella reveals that she's always been an entrepreneur at heart and that working for a successful entrepreneur as an executive assistant was one of the best experiences she ever had early on in her career. It was during this time that she discovered that she was an excellent copywriter and chose to pursue her own copywriting business.
- Ella further describes that she became interested in Instagram and decided to take on the task of growing her own Instagram account as a side project. What she discovered surprised her and not only did she discover that she really loved learning and teaching others how to grow their Instagram accounts as well. This side hustle eventually became her main gig and she currently coaches people through her instafame Academy!
- When asked about a personal struggle she's overcome, Ella holds nothing back. She provides us with a detailed account of how just a couple of years back she got super interested in fitness modeling. Not only did she become interested, she became obsessed with having the right physique, eating the right foods and pushing her body beyond its limits. Ella admits that she made herself physically and emotionally sick, blinding up with adrenal fatigue and causing her thyroid to crash.
- Ella reveals to the reader that in hindsight she is incredibly grateful that she experienced a severe burnout at such a young age because not only was she able to recover from it, but now it is something that is always there to remind her to keep herself balanced, sleeping well and eating well to prevent any further crash landings.
