

Action points for this episode:
Set Alarms — Instead of constantly watching the numbers on the clock, utilize the power of (nice sounding) alarms. Different alarms can be set to notify you of when to get ready for something, when to start driving to an appointment, etc. And in the meantime, you are time-free!
Create “Time Free Zones” — Choose a few hours in the evening or weekend when you don’t have anything time-sensitive happening, and turn off all your clocks. These time-free spaces can become immensely beneficial as we discover the benefits of spending time “outside the numbers”.
When Hungry, Eat . . . — Too often, we allow the numbers to decide when we eat, when we sleep, etc., instead of listening to our bodies. Try a day of listening to your inner wisdom, and “when hungry, eat, when tired, sleep.”
