There is a special time of day when you can shape your attitude, mindfulness, and emotional resilience better than any other time, and most of us sleep through it! Discover the Time of Nectar, and how to use it to change your life from within.
Here are this episode's Action Points. You can add any or all of these to your Time of Nectar:
Gratitude Practice -- Create an easy-to-implement daily gratitude practice. Devote three minutes (or longer!), and tie it to an already existing event. The Time of Nectar is perfect, but you could also do it just after you brush your teeth, when you sit on the toilet, etc. During those three minutes, FEEL a sense of gratitude toward one thing in your life. A person is a great place to start! Once you establish that habit, start expanding it. You'll probably enjoy it so much that it will naturally begin to take place more and more often. Eventually, we're aiming to develop a habit of gratitude that makes it our default response to the people, places, and situations in our lives.
GLOW -- This is a perfect practice for the Time of Nectar. Start with Gratitude, just soaking into the feeling of gratitude for a person or thing in your life. Spend as much time there as you like. Then move to Love. POUR out your love to someone in your life, your pet cat, God, or any other recipient you like. Next is Oneness. This is individual for each person, but it's about letting go of your sense of self for a little bit, imagining yourself becoming the universe. Finally, Wonder. Give yourself to a sense of curiosity about the coming day. Release expectation, and say, "I wonder what marvelous things will happen today?" Then pay attention throughout the day for those marvelous things happening!
Loving Kindness Meditation -- Here is an mp3 of a guided meditation for you to use as you like! Enjoy!

The Pranic Body Meditation -- During your Time of Nectar, lay quietly on your back with your limbs spread a little apart. Begin to pay attention to your hands until you notice a tingle in them. Pay attention to that sensation. Then move to your feet, and see if you can feel it there, as well. Slowly, feel the tingle expand over your arms and legs. You may feel it on your face. Soon your whole body may feel light and tingly, almost as if you are floating. You are, perhaps, feeling a part of yourself that is more connected to the universal forces or the divine. Dwell in the feeling, smiling, and know that each moment you spend there brings you closer to the essence of the world.
