In episode three, I talk about my shower/bathing ritual and how I view it as a spiritual experience. This may sound odd to some, but for me, showering is when I have some good, solid, alone time to reflect on my thoughts and meditate about whatever is on my mind-- negative or positive. I also share an odd experience/dream/fantasy that reoccurs in my life.
