For this week's episode, I took a drive with my friend Amy Baack. Amy is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, as well as a mindfulness coach. She's also a writer of the fantastic blog, Mind Body Badass.
Amy shares her experiences with learning about meditation, gets real with us about her decision to leave a seemingly very happy marriage, and shares the realization she had regarding loving herself.
Amy has such a realistic approach to meditation, and my hope is that after this conversation you give it a try if you haven't already – and hopefully you will grow to love it as much as she does.
