- Others - you trust others and others trust you
- God - you trust God - God gave you free will, which means he trusts you to discern and make decisions - but wants you to lean on the Holy Spirit as your counselor and guide.

When you trust yourself you will be more confident. When others see that you trust yourself and are confident, they will be more likely to trust you and feel confident that you can help them. On the contrary, if you don't trust yourself, others will be much less likely to trust you.
