First, let me remind you that I don't mean for you to create tension or invent stories for yourself where there are none. This is your gentle reminder to simply allow yourself to notice if there truly is any hidden tension in your body, your emotions, your spirit, etc. (which is all connected anyway...)
This is intended to remind you that once you learn to get quiet enough and truly listen, you can get yourself to a point where it feels safe instead of scary to release what you've been holding onto out of a subconscious fear of change.
