Happy Tuesday! In this episode, I talk about the origin of thoughts, specifically limiting beliefs. Once you start becoming aware of your thoughts, you might find some unpleasant ones. I have found it helpful to track down the experience that led to that thought so that I can forgive and overcome that belief. You do not have to be confined by these beliefs and with a little work, you too can conquer your mind and get back to living the life you are destined to!
