"A jack of all trades is often a master of none, but is still better then a master of one!" Did you know that was the whole saying? I didn't! I always thought that because I dabble is so many things that it was a bad thing. Like why can't I just be great at one thing!?! But the reality is we can't compare ourselves to those around us because God has created us to be unique! We need to make the choice to learn from others, rather then begrudge them because they have what we don't. A great way to practice that is through raising chickens and working in your kitchen! Come along with me today as we chat about the lessons I've learned!
Check out Tractor Supply for all your poultry needs!

Baked Whole Frozen Chicken
Take a frozen chicken, place on a dry pan (add no water) season (I like Rosemary, Onion Powder and Salt) bake at 425 degrees for 20 mins uncovered. Then cover it in foil with the shiny side down, drop the heat to 350 degrees and bake about 3 hours or until the meat thermometer says 165 degrees internally. ENJOY!
