WILDFIRE PREVENTION - From degrading air quality… to destroying millions of acres of wildlife habitat. This week lawmakers discussed the growing risk of wildfires across the country and the impact it has on families. In the last 20 years, the United States lost an average of 7 million acres *per year* to wildfires. That's more than double the average seen during the 1990’s.
