This morning, (starting at 10am/ET) we’re expecting the US Supreme Court to release more decisions as the term winds down.
We still don’t know which decisions will be released today but two remaining decisions would impact current, former and future colleges students. One would determine whether colleges/universities can continue to take race into consideration during the admissions process. Another would affect the fate of the President’s one-time student debt forgiveness plan, which would cancel thousands in federal debt to those who are eligible. We breakdown these education cases and the possible outcomes as we await more decision today.
