SCHOOL LUNCH FEES - A new report shows junk fees are taking a toll on low-income families trying to pay for school lunches. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau analyzed 300 of the largest public school districts in the country and found many parents have no control over fee rates and lack opportunities to shop around for cheaper options.
