BABY SCREEN STUDY - From television, video, mobile phones or other digital devices, many of us are using screens more than we would like. But for 1-year-olds, spending two or more hours a day in front of screens may increase their chances of experiencing developmental delays in subsequent years. That’s according to new research published in the journal JAMA Pediatrics. For example, it finds if children with up to two hours a day of screen time were 61 percent more likely to have delayed development of communication skills.
