Mike was born in Washington, D.C. At an early age he developed a deep passion for restaurants, which he pursued as a career starting in New York City. While working in Spanish restaurants, he became captivated by that countrys food, wine and culture. He moved to Utah in 2015 for a change in pace and lifestyle (sound familiar?!). Prior to joining Hearth and Hill in 2021, Mikes Beehive State restaurant experience included the Grand America Hotel, Current Fish & Oyster, Under Current, Bambara and Silver Star Cafe.

Yoav is CEO and founder of SHARE A SPLASH wine co Originally founded as Cannonball Wine Company in 2006, his founding vision was to create the best sub $20 California Cabernet on the market. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, he founded the company when he left a promising career as a lawyer to follow his passion for food and wine.
