Description

Reports are coming out that the EPA will be taking steps to help California phase-out diesel trucks with state regulators saying they cause a large share of the state's pollution, which can affect residents' health.

Meanwhile unions representing truck manufacturers are not on board, saying the rules would make trucks more expensive, making buyers keep old trucks on the road, longer.
