Dockworkers at West Coast ports are disrupting international trade for a fourth day as their unions hammer out better working conditions. Union leaders have been slowing operations at West Coast ports and forcing the ports to close shipping terminals since Friday.
This comes as the Pacific Maritime Association and the International Longshoremen and Warehouse Union, who represents dockworkers, have been negotiating a new contract since May 10th.
