The latest Gallup Poll still has the President’s approval underwater, yet the strength of Gavin Newsom in beating back the Recall here in California, along with the Democrats narrowly passing the Biden Administration’s massive “Build Back Better Act” last week, also present a mixed view of where the political fortunes are for the party.
