With all the talk of the environment, weather and droughts, and ways to address climate change, one avenue that receives much attention is changing what we drive and our use of the traditional avenue of the American automobile.
Yet dealing with clean energy and moving Californians into affordable electric vehicles, for example, presents many challenges. In the State Capitol, there is movement in the wake of legislative and policy developments to address building more electric vehicle capacity and infrastructure. There remain challenges – as well as renewed “energy” dealing with changes related to the environment and automobiles.
