17 years ago Julie Hudash launched a nonprofit called “Team Kids” to empower kids through service. She wanted to inspire the next generation to make a difference in the world. By partnering with police, fire and schools more than 150,000 school children in Compton, Long Beach and Torrance learned how to make a positive impact.
