The stars aligned when Chino Police officer Shanna Evans met Helen Youngkowski in 2016. Helen was living in the backseat of her car after losing her home. This summer Officer Evans got together with the Chino Police Foundation, a local church, and even her own family to raise the funds to move Helen into senior housing.
