- A tornado touched down in New Castle County, Delaware Thursday night, officials confirmed, as the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby continue to move through the region.

Now with severe storms spinning off from Tropical Storm Debby hitting the region on Friday, Burlington County residents who saw flood conditions earlier this week are hoping for a better outcome this time around.
