Callie Langford is the Director of Communications for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Travis County. Ford came on the program to speak about CASA’s impact on the community by encouraging our listeners to become volunteers for children who have been abused or neglected.
Bringing volunteers to make a positive impact on a child’s life is something CASA of Travis County has been doing since 1985. CASA of Travis County is now one of the top ten CASA programs in the nation, supporting nearly 750 volunteers who advocate for almost 1,850 a year.
