8-year-old Fanta Bility was tragically shot and killed on August 27th while attending a football game with her family at Academy Park High School. Police recklessly opened fire on a vehicle near the stadium and, accidentally, struck Fanta. Her family’s attorney, Bruce Castor, joins The Dawn Stensland Show to discuss the recently filed lawsuit. Castor is, of course, the former Solicitor General and former acting Attorney General of Pennsylvania. He famously led the defense for Donald Trump during the former president’s second impeachment trial.
