- Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner says he will not cooperate with a bipartisan investigative committee from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives—denying the committee documents it requested.
- According to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, a 14-year-old boy has been charged with killing Tiffany Fletcher at Mills Creek Playground. Fletcher was a mother of three and worked for Philadelphia parks and recreation.
- Geoffrey Cain—Senior Fellow at Lincoln Network & Author of “The Perfect Police State: An Undercover Odyssey into China’s Terrifying Surveillance Dystopia of the Future”—joins the show to discuss his recent Wall Street Journal opinion editorial, “China is Buying the Farm.” According to Cain, Chinese agricultural companies, with assistance from the Chinese government in some instances, are buying large amounts of U.S. farmland. Particularly alarming, is an incident in which a Chinese company purchased 300 acres of land near a U.S. Air Force base in North Dakota. Cain also discusses his interview with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

- According to Penn Live, a Pennsylvania man wearing a rainbow wig was arrested for carrying a gun into a local Dairy Queen. The man told police he was working to “restore Trump to President King of the United States.”
