- Thomas Hogan—former District Attorney of Chester County—joins the show to discuss his opinion editorial, “City of Philadelphia Hobbles Police with Dangerous New Ordinance.” In 2021, Philadelphia passed the Achieving Driving Equality ordinance which prevents police officers from stopping drivers for “minor” offenses like broken lights, bumper violations, and license plates that aren’t visible.
