- A Pennsylvania appellate court has struck down the state’s 2019 universal mail-in voting law—explaining, that in order to implement universal mail-in ballots “a constitutional amendment must be presented to the people.” The decision is expected to be appealed.
- On Thursday, Philadelphia leaders gathered to reflect upon the findings of the city’s 100 Shooting Review Committee. A newly released 194-page report, which took 18-months to compile, suggests that the majority of suspected shooters had been previously arrested or had witnessed gun violence prior to victimizing others.
