- Yesterday Liberty County, Georgia Sheriff William Bowman held a press conference, denying his department was guilty of racial profiling after pulling over a bus carrying the Delaware State University women’s lacrosse team. After pulling over the team bus for a minor traffic violation, the sheriff’s department decided to use drug-sniffing dogs to search the students' belongings—no drugs were found.
