We celebrate Spirit Day with Nasir Montalvo- a community organizer based in the Kansas City area. Graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology. They have big plans on amplifying a movement at their alma-mater, by bringing attention to a building that is named after homophones. We also debate a new survey that reveals the impacts of swearing and gossip on teams. We do not agree!
