April 13, 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of one of the most bizarre incidents in Chicago history. A construction mishap in the Chicago River sent water cascading through the old freight tunnel system and into the basements of Loop office buildings. The disaster was later known as the Great Chicago Flood. WBBM's Rob Hart looks back on that day through archival audio and an interview with local historian Bruce Moffat.
