PA State Police Cprl. Seth Kelly was wounded in a shootout last year along Route 33 near Nazareth. Cprl. Kelly and his wife were in the audience at President Trump's State of the Union address last night as guests of Congressman Tom Marino. Cprl. Kelly is from Wayne County, which is part of Marino's 10th Congressionak District. Cprl Kelly joined WILK's Sue Henry to talk about the experience.
