In Dallas, 18 new billboards have been strategically placed, featuring the image of fentanyl victim Sammy Chapman. It's a project sponsored by Rachel’s Angels, a nonprofit that seeks to prevent drug-related deaths among kids. Sam Chapman is Sammy's Father and joined us on the KRLD Afternoon News.
